A Hoax, Documented
Evidence of a fabricated criminal allegation engineered to silence activism on behalf of the Lev Tahor children.

Executive Summary
In Guatemala, a teenager was pressured to allege that I had shouted at him — an act that is not a crime in any jurisdiction. I spent months in prison and house arrest, was coerced into a guilty plea, and paid a $10,000 fine. The money was later returned to me by the victim's own family, who acknowledged the allegation was a hoax. This dossier collects the primary-source evidence — official declarations, photographs, recordings, emails, and signed letters — showing how the case was manufactured by Shie Blum to obstruct my activism on behalf of Lev Tahor children held in custody.

- ANOMALY 01A Spanish-speaking teenager gave his official declaration in Yiddish — translated by Shie Blum, an interested party, not a certified translator.
- ANOMALY 02Shie Blum offered, on the record, to drop the charges if I changed my dress and stopped my activism — and after I complied, he publicly said the charges would be dropped.
- ANOMALY 03A community figure (Yitschak Teichman) wrote publicly on Yidtish.com that thousands of dollars would be spent to drop the charges against me.
- ANOMALY 04After the $10,000 fine was paid, the funds were returned to me — confirmed by recordings of the father and a fellow activist, and by deposit slips.
- ANOMALY 05An email from Shmuel Fuchs quotes the alleged victim saying he had nothing against me and was forced by Shie Blum to make the allegation.
- ANOMALY 06A psychologist later interviewed the alleged victim entirely in Spanish — proving no translator was ever needed, and Shie Blum had no legitimate role.
